I recommend then to everyone!

Did you use the reversethread lazer things? They are horse shit!

I use irwin socket tools for every rounded or locking bolt and it has never failed to remove one.

A few quid from screwfix and I highly recommend them!

Those lazer ones are crap man. I lost my locking nut and the guy in halfords sold me some stud extractors and two reverse thread sockets. He told me if it didn't get them off he would give me a refund.

Sure enough they didn't work. They didn't even make a dent.

Irwin sell a socket which has a large pitch reverse taper razor thread inside. You hammer it on and the razor thread digs into the bolt. As you tighten the socket on it loosens the bolt and your locking nut will come out.

The other option you have is welding a bolt on the top. The heat will ell and you will be able to tether locking bolt out. It's just a huge pain in the arse welding a nut on a locking wheel nut.

I am fairly sure the irwin sockets will work.
