Whats the easiest way to fit new axle bushes?

My local garage is going to fit the new axle so dunno if i should just ask them to fit them for me because they look like a twat.

Rubber ones yeah? They are a bit of a twat lol, Normally I'd get it in a vice and do it that way.

Which if you havent got a vice, no point in me explaining that way, Otherway is to get a bit of threaded bar, some big washers and a couple of nuts to force the bush in.

Polybush ones are pish easy though!

Yeah i ordered rubber ones.

I dont have a vice but is there and tutorials on how to do it the other way?

should have got poly bush ones mate, i made the mistake of buying rubber ones to save a few quid, took me a good few hours and ended up cutting the bush in half to get it in anyway
