Got a corsa b with c25xe fitted, I think the front brakes are 256mm 2.0 brakes on the back are drums. The brake pedal sinks to the floor and it doesn't want to stop, I've blead the full system blead each corner individually, when the engine is turned off and you pump the brake pedal it goes hard, but as soon as you start the engine with your foot on the brake pedal it just sinks again. Can anybody help please?

Could be the rear adjusters.

Stamp on the pedal a few times and see if it makes a difference. If not try and adjust the drums

Might sound silly, but are your calipers the right way up? Bleed nipple to the top.

Seen it done before/

Yeah calipers are right way up, disks and pads are like new, unsure how the back shoes are but the hand brake locks up good. Could it be the brake servo because that's the standard 1.2 8v one?

I think I'm correct in saying all servos on corsa's are the same, Either way its the servo that helps you push the pedal, if it was lacking it would make the pedal hard, not easy to push right to the floor like the issue you are having.

I don't know what to suggest really, checked for leaks?

No leaks that I know off the brake fluid level has stayed the same since I blead them up the other day. The brakes are that bad I was pushing the pedal down as hard as I could when I was driving and it wasn't doing very much. The brakes on my brothers mk2 fiesta are better!
