They probably are miles better tbf, I had avos in my MG and they were no better than FKs that I had in another car

Make sure you keep them greased up/covered in WD40 or copperslip. They'll go all horrible and seize otherwise.

make it 100times worse as they hold the water and grime,

get a lithium based grease/corrosion protection style grease that seat like a wax/layer

did this with mine when i took them off 12 months later perfect.
