Whats the best way to drain the fuel tank on a Corsa D 1.3 CDTi?

update if anyone searches for this in future.

We tried to go in under the rear seat but couldn't see how the bench came up. So instead we went under the car and removed the bottom of the filler neck where it goes into the tank via rubber hose and a couple of jubilee clips
