Hi all, I've finally managed to get my ignition barrel finished, fitted and starting.

Only issue I've now got is once the car is started I turn the key back and through each stage the car is still running! The only way it turns off is when I pull the key out of the ignition!!

Any ideas??

Thanks

Do you mean the engine is running? or just that the ignition stays on?
If I dont take my key out but the position is off the radio stays on all ignition lights and the engine are off though, soon as i pull the key out the radio goes off

No I mean the engine stays on. The engine only goes off once I know remove the key. Before the ignition barrel and housing breaking it worked like a proper ignition should.

If you turn the key to 1, does the ign come on? Or just the radio?
