Recently bought a corsa b 1.0 12v on a v reg, has started a problem of not revving properly when at full throttle , sort of splutters and sometimes cuts out , car has an exhaust blow at manifold/cat could this be causing the problem??

definately air flow meter....have you had an aftermarket air filter on it?

never had an aftermarket air filter no , struggles to start in the cold as well does the AFM relate to this ?? as soon as it has even the tiniest bit of heat in the engine its fine?
