IIRC, I have a bit in my personal statement - however, some of my qualifications are linked to my hobbies; i.e. Safety Boat License, RYA First Aid Certificate, RYA National Squad Coach, RYA Club Race Coach; CRB Checked.

I'm not overly interested, as an employer, in reading about your 5 aside footbal league and where you finished in the table and what position you pay - although a small amount to show you have a life outside of work isn't a bad thing

I usually get through a shake and the first 2 litres between 9 and 12 without needing to go
Then it's like the floodgates are opened and it's hard to close them again so I go pretty much every hour
