I've bought stuff from cemex before, hes aright, but he buys cars and breaks them so anyone could have told him it had an atb in it, he should have checked before selling though.

spoke to cemex before and he got told that the car had a quafe fitted but turns out it does not so getting some money refunded and will order a new quafe of steveboyslim

still waiting for the refund of cemex as hes waiting for it to be transfered, as soon as i have it , it will be sent of to steveboyslim for a new quafe , been buying some more bits

lower temp thermostat



driveshaft seals



turbo to manifold bolts



turbo oil feed filter





also got on order a bmw battery cable and terminal,few gaskets, more of the loom rap, sandwich plate, footwell grip tape and a few bits from vauxhall

Looks good.

The nuts on the turbo to manifold bolts i would run deformed nits, stops them coming loose.

thanks rick whats the crack with deformed nuts ? just had to google them to see what they were, do i use washers with them to?

copper sprung washer and a copper deforemed nut ron. The nuts are ovalised so they go on tight and dont back off. Just use the same as the ones you put the standard inlet manifolds on with.

few more bits turned up today ,

loom rap ,



turbo gasket



bmw battery cable of vxlgsi (thanks mate very quick delivery)



couple of gold battery terminals





some p clips to hold it all in



some rubbet gromets



and gave the cable a bit of a clean and fitted the connectors





going to rout the cable tomorow but cant fit the terminal in the bay yet as i need to see what room i have with the inlet/header tank so will have to wait till the engine is in

fitted the battery cable today , just need to order a battery box next ,

cable behind passenges seat (seat taken out)



runs down the passenges sill



and up through the bulkhead



then up into the engine bay , had to fit the header tank to see what room i had,






also recieved my grip tape of danny on corsa sport, thanks mate

first pic has a few bubbles in it but got them out

Yes! Love it mate. If you don't mind me asking what size brake lines and what did you need to run them? I.e t piece, fittings, fuel filter and adaptors. I'm thinking about doing same to mine and just don't know what's is needed lol cheers

to be honest mate not a clue, i bought a full set up of someone on mig then took all my brakes to a hose fittings place and they gave me the addaptors i needed

went and picked up a few more bits from vauxhall today

oil pressure switch





sandwich plate to pump ring



manifold studs



a few manifold nuts



2 oil filters to get me started



side repeters bulb holders



and bought a oil sandwich plate of mig



gave it a bit of a clean up



i then fitted the side repeters and then the inner arches

fitted all my manifold ,turbo and wastegate together today



then trial fitted to block to check for clearance









and had a slight problem with this







i had a spare dipstick pipe with a warped flange so i bent one of them with a bit of heat and have cut the 2 up to make one that should work just got to take it to the welders tomorow to get welded





also had to turn the outlet on the rockercover slightley , had to stick a brush in it to get it to turn with out cracking the paint



also picked up a set of 15 inch steelies to get banded so i can run some wide tyres for the strip



and finaly had my ramp wired in
