Ah right leaded fuel. Doesn't that mess up Lambda sensors?

Good luck Ben it looks like a wet one.

In fairness, they finished laying it less than a week ago and have been working into the night to attempt to wash, scrub, glue and rubber it.

It's impressive they even got it remotely close to being useable!

Tbf it wasent usable in the video I'm spinning up all the way in 1st 2 nd and 3 rd an that shoulden happpen on 9 inch wide slicks and I was told not to go full beans as it was a new track so wasent the best for grip , was sat queuing all day and got 1 run where I had to coast across the line in 4 th, have ended up coming homes as the track is awful and I won't be going back there for a few months so will be going Shakespeare insted, on a plus note I couldent leave the car parked up with out getting a massive crowd around it

Bit if a personal question but just how much £££ goes into making a car like this? I toss and throw over buying small things in comparison to doing work on this scale.

That'll be why they made less money than the previous year due to crap weather but still spent somewhere in the region of a million pounds to have the track re-surfaced, so they can keep the FIA events in the UK.

Everyone is very quick to slate them but they've put a huge amount of money and effort in recently, the problem isn't the management, it's the weather!

think they would of been better spending a million on some sort of cover for the strip as that would of made them more money then as racing no matter what weather and more people watching as it would of been guaranteed to be on then they could of done the resurfacing with the extra money
