Get some bigger alloys, you don't want any brakes smaller than the 2.0 ones if your going to be running an xe

I got them off Beardy but there his old ones, doubt he has any more.
These do the same job though

They were on eBay a while ago but can't find them but I found this,
http://www.allcorsa.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/engine-conversion-mount-35940.html

So did a bit more work today , don't have as much time now due to changing jobs any way couldn't resist fitting my top hat cover

My new door

Got the let on my stand finally, so going to strip the inlet down and clean it up , wrap more of the loom and paint the block, still need to decide on what colour for the rocker cover

Got a manual steering rack
Comparison of the pas rack and manual

Just need a bulkhead bung as the pas one doesn't fit the manual rack

And on

Has brand new track rod ends aswell

Still need to finish painting

The bulkhead steering rack rubber bit is cheap as chips from Vauxhall, bought one for my old Corsa.

Looks good though, get it finished!

Went up today to do a bit more got some brake fluid and a brake bleeding kit

Unfortunately the bleed nipple on my willwoods is at the very top and is a 1/4 size had a socket but no spanner so I've bought one off eBay tonight. So brakes still need bleeding
You can see the tiny bit right at the top

Trial fitted my top hat cover defo think it finishes the engine off

So seeing as I didn't get to bleed the brakes I thought I'd begin tidying up the engine this red gasket sealant has annoyed me since I got the let

Off with the top hat

Top hat ...

Throttle body gasket :/

Gonna take off the inlet as there is oil in there

Cleaned up the top hat

Had a check on the timing belt, doesn't look too bad but I will probably change it due to the tensioner being in the wrong place should be at 20 to not 10 past

Going to replace the turbo oil feed pipe aswell as it doesn't look in the best of nick ..

And I'm gonna replace the sump gasket

Cleaned throttle body

Just need a gasket for it now !

Cheeky shot

And my gasket ordered

I also bought this last night to bleed my willwoods

That's all for now !

So, my spanner arrived which allowed me to bleed the brakes properly. The corsa has gone now

And is here now ....
