Pretty impressed you're sticking with it! Will be worth it once finished, no fun in binning and buying another shell!

On urbexing, have you looked around huncoat power station? I love the place!

ive not done Blackburn infirmary, heard its pretty hard to get near.
is Rossendale hospital the one that the roads blocked off too from pretty far away?

ive not been the powerstation since about February, before that I went quite a few times and each time people had trashed it more, doors ripped off, stairs smashed etc. proper knobs!

***Update Friday 8th November***

So got down to the garage last night again and continued working
First off I fitted my new water pipe and hose ...

Strangley the new water pipe brackets for the bolt to go through are level unlike the old one so the pipe doesn't sit flush and the pipe is lobsided

As you can see in the old water pipe the brackets are different to each other (height wise)

Any one else had this problem ? I'm sure it shouldn't be like that :/

Anyway I sprayed my inlet the other day (needs doing again)

So I began stripping the top of the engine

Rocker off

Camshafts

Timing belt looks worn

Crank pulley will be getting replaced

Inlet gasket offered up

Exhaust gasket offered up

Turbo on

Back of the engine built up

Floor looks tidier

Don't worry about the rocker was just a spare whilst the other one does away to be sprayed.

Built everything up ish just to see what I need and to tidy the garage up a bit thought the corsa would be back by now but it hasn't been started. More time for me to prepare the engine

Found these the other day bought them when I was 17 brand new with no cracks so they will be getting sprayed

That's all for now thanks for looking

***19/11/13 Update***

Been to the Bodyshop today to give the sprayer a kick up the ass as he's had my car a month now !

So anyway he's done a bit of work I'll let the pics do the talking

One door repaired and de bumped stripped

He's started on the bonnet getting rid of the surface rust and dings / dents

We both decided it would be easier repairing the boot than fitting a new one so the smoothing has begun

Also I decided against the aerial

Both the boot and aerial hole have been welded and then fillered.

That's all for now I still need to decide on the black it's being sprayed in. I believe the original colour is midnight black 2 but Michael seems to think its 20c

If anyone knows that would be a great help.

Thanks for looking George
