Thanks Jaffa! You were right about taking the soundproof out.. It's sh*te! Haha

Kyle mon the red oxide does treat it and now it's primered you'd never know!! and yeaaahh need a touch more primer to do the sides!

And cheers Dan. It was pretty hard work trying to get and even coat with the primer over a big area but it looks good. Will be doing the sides at the weekend and possibly gettin some white on too! Then will be time for the false floor!

Just a few pictures of the engine together, obviously still have to paint the head, cam box and rocker cover, also need to wrap the exhaust manifold.









Now the downpipe in the pictures won't be getting used I got one off a lad from here, thanks again mark! Will look 1000x better!!

Cheers Donner! Courtenay say that when the conversion left them its about 150bhp but with a touch more boost I can see maybe 170bhp! Once it's done and run in I will be taking it to a rolling road.

Thanks Dan, proper chuffed with it now the rust has gone! The windows are just vinyl then they can always be removed!

Donner... Where is the fun in that??!! When was the last time you saw a 1.6 8valve turbo in a B??!!

Im running 8v sri 1.4 engine with cams etc in my corsa once its finished! 8v Ftw. cars looking sweet though
