My misses is due an upgrade about now but would like the Nokia N8 which isn't actually out yet.

There seems to be no tangible news on the net that I can find stating specific dates.

Any news on this from those in the know?

Although I've always liked nokia, the symbian upgrade on it is supposed to be quite frankly crap and still nowhere near iphones/android and the likes.

It's only HTC one's I have experience of, the Samsung Galaxy S is supposed to be good, it's basically the iPhone 4 hardware.

What do you have pow? Would you recommend it?

Lily only wants an N8 for the 12mp camera but I want more of an all rounder. Although I'm a huge Nokia fan and my E51 does me proud.

Nokia touch screens / smart phones really arent up to much, I used to be a Nokia-only person, for about 10 years, but now owuldnt touch them over the iphone or my HTC
