If its an F28 and it has enough power then yes 170 is acheivable. I wouldn't like to try it though, i did 139 in mine and was like it was going to fall to bits

Akeemkings 310bhp ish corsa does 164mph on his stack dash, so its not far off really. His is on an Evo5 chip last I knew.

I was always under the impression that LET Corsa's with circa 300bhp topped out at 165ish.

tbh, with Phase3, enlarged top hat etc the engine "should" be putting out just over 300, so not really that un-believable.

It is slightly bold yes, but not earth shattering.

I see far more BS when people put "mint condition" then the next paragraph "needs front bumper/arches resprayed, and key mark in rear 3/4, and cracked headlight" etc

Least its got some decent kit on that car

if you lot fancy a free test drive your more than welcome, i can only put what i saw may be wrong but if you want to bring your own kit and test it then im good for that i have nothing to hide

and yes i said the bloke had the intercooler before turbo i spoke to him today and it is a precooler (look it up) and also has an intercooler aswell

Pre-cooler or charge cooler? Not seen a pre-cooler on LET, don't think theres enough room

I know ChargeCoolers work well. Is it just before the inlet after the IC? Can't miss it, its about a foot wide

Ahh, errrr, dunno about that thread.

Still, least you know that if it is running about 300, roughly what speed it'll do top end. Akeemking still pops on every so often, full roll cage, white engine bay (easy to spot any leaks), 4 pots, rear discs etc etc.. Lot of peoples fav corsas on here. As I say, he's running Evo5, which is similar to PH2-3 chips (or he was anyway), and his calibrated stack dash v-maxed about 165 running similar power. Many a race with Civic Type R's and stuff went online years ago, think he's removed them all though.

Mile after mile after mile of flat out driving and slipstreaming between 3 cars. Mega vids
