Twitch, bringing other cars into it is not going to help the poor information being posted on this thread.

You could have 2 almost-identical Corsa's, both with LET's, exactly the same power output, the same size/brand of tyres, the same gearing but the only difference is that one has standard ride-height whilst the other is lowered substantially.

One WILL be faster than the other purely due to the ride height.

Skinnier tyres = less rolling resistance.

A heavier car can have the identical gearing and power output as another car and do exactly the same top speed.

It would take longer to get there but if the CoD, gearing, power are the same it will do the same top speed.

Weight has nothing to do with top speed.

If you were put in either car your weight would give a tiny fucking reduction in top speed, not because of the fact you a are a pie munching Geordie bastard but because the car would sit lower.

(I am not going to over complicate with rake angles etc!)

Come on chief, think about it. I have put the bloody clues there...

Go on Andy, imagine 2 IDENTICAL cars from a front profile, one lowered, one not. Why would one go faster than the other?

I know you are capable of the answer chief, tossers like Daimo would google and spend 3 days talking shit as usual but it is in there fella. You know the answer, think.

One would have a higher Coefficient of drag due to the added frontal profile.

Ding dong, we have a winner.

Daimo wouldn't know that as he couldn't wipe his own arse without instructions on the Internet, after trying to scam bog-rolls out of people.

No, he sold his Mrs VXR for £6.5k and posts on forums as if he knows cars, shows how much he knows.

The guy is a fucking idiot who helped to scam money out of people.

Yes, he admitted it last week.

PVD were going bump and he was the daft cunt saying 'No, they are Ok, I am shagging their accountant!' He kept banging their drum when anyone with an IQ over single figures would have STFU! Thankfully I didn't believe the shit he posted then, just as I don't now. The guy is a twat.

His whole 'high comp pistons don't make power' just shows how fucking stupid and uneducated he is. Hey, what do I know? I'm only a fully qualified Engineer with a strong understanding of a 4 stroke engine?

All Daimo said about my car is true...
and the fact about Stack is that if you calibrate it correctly, its a pretty realistic read.

Also true is
that is scary as hell to drive it at that speeds...
too damn high and small of a car.

But in my experience is perfectly possible to take a bit more out of it.

At that speed, my stack was showing 2 kms (1.2 mile) grow in about every 1 sec...
the only thing I needed was open road, good grip on the steering and some luck in nothing going wrong
but I did not had the faith to continue and never tried it since.

My Corsa XE was 100% reliable and NEVER went wrong, lad that bought it fucked it the first day and was questioning weather there was something I wasn't telling him, same happened when I sold the Nova!
