Possibly interested in their 20Mb deal with the phone line but as it's a business line need to know what they're like. Any down time, decent speeds, complaints etc?

cheers

Can go down from time to time. Resetting router always brings it back up.

Ta. Currently with o2 and been happy with them but because i've changed my phone to t-mobile they want to up my charges. The phone line is probs the most important one though, currently paying BT a small fortune and all i need is call forwarding, which sky do for free. Any complaints about the phone line?

If you can get the 20mb im sure it will be fine. If you are only eligible for the up to 8mb pack like I was I have found (surprisingly) my service from TalkTalk is considerably faster than Sky

Broadband was amazing when we had it - constant and was never capped (100's GBs a month).

Phone line on the other hand was pants.

I had it for a couple of years. Had no issues.

Didn't know they did a business package.

Sadly they don't but I work from home and am not happy with how much BT charge for bugger all!

For a basic connection they are great. For anything fancy you are better off talking to a brick wall.

BT?

For basic connections they are rubbish, for fancy stuff, who else do you get your fiber from?

The only fancy thing i use is call divert, so the 'featureline' i have is useless. Only really divert calls to another landline, and occasionally the mobile, Sky offer unlimited calls to landlines so it's perfect really. Only advantage BT claim is the 24h support, Sky don't seem so good with this and without the phone line i'm fucked!
