not to sure what vehicles essex police use for speed checks etc!

did you see a camera sign? could of been ANPR checking, thats what we do the majority of the time now!

didn't see any camera signs.

i've seen them up there before in a focus or astra sized car but i was on the other side of the road that time.

sounds more like ANPR than speed checking!

no mate, a127 near j29 of the m25.

went on the a13 friday night and saw the police parked up in a layby with the interceptor evo parked further up.

Looks like there something on this on "cars, cops and criminals" on BBC1 (think) now.

They are always parked up between bas and lakeside in the layby


And the camera fan is often on the lakeside bridge looking down onto the A13
