do they have to go after you if they are doing speed checks?

wasnt going ''that'' fast but saw them sitting in a zafira on top of a bridge. i take it they're not like normal speed cameras who sent points/fine through the post?

I always presumed they would have to come after you to issue a ticket? They only have radar guns dont they, not an actual camera to take a picture like a speed camera would?

pretty sure they come after you did they not have another in a lay by thurther up to pull people over

they were actually over the other side of the road, just didn't know if they were aiming at me or someone else.

was having some fun with one of those 1.9 cdti astras. must have been standard as it went alright but not really quick.

Ive seen them before on one bridge, then on another bridge slightly further up the motorway. I thought they might be doing some kind of average speed checks....

all they got to do is clock you now, as they have mobile speed cameras all hooked up to there data base amd as soon as you've been spotted then you have a letter in the post automaticly...

yeah they usualy have a car sitting a bit further up and its them who get you. wouldnt worry about it really.

Seen them do it quite a bit on the A13, never look like they have a radar gun or anything though.

There was an actually speed camera van on the lakeside roundabouts facing towards london once, but that was ages ago.

Everynow and again you see an ANPR van then the interceptors a bit further down waiting.

Jim (SVM286) got done by a bridge camera I'm pretty sure he got banned as a result. They didnt come after him either it just came through the post from what I was told.

it looks like they were looking over the other side of the carriageway anyway so hopefully got off that one.

the red are the two bridges, the yellow is the zafira police car and i was in the left carriageway just before the first bridge.

by the time i got past the 2nd bridge i had slowed right down to about 75 anyway.

I've seen them on the m6 recently, proper sneaky fuckers.. One guy in high vis with somer uber camera/laser

seen him a few times, second time there was an x5 on the bridge too and when i pulled off at J18 i spotted that vosa zafira knocking about

what really annoys me though is just after kuntsford services (southbound) every sunday some twat is sat on the bridge in his car, i think hes something to do with a cycle club as he doesnt appear to have a radar gun. but everyone spots him and bricks it causing congestion
