Theres a guy that lives in my village thats had a mk4 GSI, VXR, VXR burg, and now VXR-R, the red one with black wheels. Awesome noise from them, as said, massive improvement over the MK4 GSI.

I think the VXR-R is a chavvy lookin car, those alloys with the green band are horrid for a start.

Looks like a black VXR with some nasty decals

Check this video guys -

Astra VXR (Not sure on spec but most likely stage 2 at least)

VS

Clio 197 Cup (Again not sure on spec)

Im really supprised the VXR didnt get the clio! There are a few points where the clio driver should have moved over but for the majority of the race it looked pretty even. Clio looked slightly better on the corners..

Proberly would have been a lot different in the dry!

Astra is totally standard bar the exhaust, no chassis upgrades at all or remap.

Goes to show really that it's a good car as standard.

Thorney, they are doing a deal at the moment fully fitted with new bearings for £875, I wouldn't have done it otherwise absolute bargain and keep my warranty in check.

Can't wait
