I've had an NC10 for nearly a year and can't fault it. I have upgraded my RAM too....

Yey its arrived putting the 2GB mem from my NC10 into the N510. Well happy so far will test properly tonight, wait for my 320GB hrd drive to arrive swap that out and crack on.

Following on from this thread, I need pointing in the right direction of a Core Duo 2 laptop around £350-400 mark!

The dell offers seem pretty good, but from what my cousin is saying is that they are old processers they are trying to get rid of!!

Dell is the first and last place I go either myself or looking for anybody else, good laptops, good warranty's.

we use such models as 6930p

designed for business the presario etc are home user stuff
