My clutch squeals and makes a hell of a racket when i let it out, would this mean it was sticking/broken?
If so, where can i get one and how much should they be on average? 1.2 8V

Sounds like clutch release bearing mate.
It's a doddle to swap over but it's a box off job.

Agree with Johnharra1, sounds very much like the release bearing to me. It is a box off job, but if it was me, I'd think about replacing the clutch at the same time. The bearing comes with a clutch kit....
