Some people haven't heard of this on-going rescession obviously.

£425 is a grand price for a 21 year old in my opinion.

Ironically it's not the accident (I am in the same situation as Deano), it's the lack of the 1 or 2 years NCB

my 2 accidents, albeit non fault, only pushed my policy up £50 each with elephant.co.uk so i think it's down to the 2 NCB you have.

over 700 quid for a 1.0 12v is silly though, i could pay 600 for a brand new 1.6 zetec s 140bhp fiesta mountune.

You can change it to FC when you change car. Get a TPFT quote!

You have a garage you might aswell tell them the car goes in there. Because it does doesnt it!!

You'll get it cheaper you just need to press the right buttons!!

Alloys you can shrug off, its an old corsa ffs thats how it came do I look like I know what they are

Depo's - there the same as stock just a bit weathered looking

Badgless grill - not worth mentioning.

Smoke side repeaters - not worth mentioning.

Mudflaps - rip them off!!

Cars hardly modified!!

Bad luck Deano, sounds like absolute bullshit to me. If it were me I wouldn't bother declaring anything except wheels which you can just say are Vauxhall standard which they sorta are.
I remember when I tried getting insurance originally and they said my car was modified coz it had a GSi spoiler and colour coded bumpers Dumb fucks!

I've got nothing declared on my car but the only two things really that would need doing is the fact that its lowered and a custom backbox. The rest is just colour coding and standard Vauxhall stuff.

I really want rid of my car now so I'm not that bothered about declaring it. I'll declare the stuff I do to my next car since it'll be mostly performance enhancing stuff.

i never used to declare mods either until i wrote my fto off, 11 months before i did that i had it resprayed and bought a kit on it at a cost of over 2 grand and never got that back or the 18s i mangled as i had said it was standard, also the hasstle of taking the skirts off and changeing alloys over was a total cunt! think i got 80 quid for the skirts and the market value of a standard one

always declare mods now
