Got my speedies today after hours of driving and when I tried to fit the front wheel I had the old problem of them rubbing on the coilover spring? Someone says to try spacers but I don't know where to get them? :S help!!!

Will I need the camber set and tracking done?

yea, the coilovers are a different shape. I used to have a spax system on my GSi, and the 14" GSi wheels rubbed without the 3mm spacers. The problem is the strut doesnt sit as deep as a fixed setup strut, so they always rub!

you will need spacers..

If you've recently put the coilovers on and new alloys I'd get tracking done (this solved my scrubbage on coilovers)
Need to do it anyway as you've lowered the car.

But if that fails then go for the 3mm spacers

Just to add have you guys removed the helper spring? I dont know how much they rub with and without. Or even where they rub.

I just know its a common thing on novas.

if you take out the helper spring the spring and adjuster platform will be higher, so if your only down 60mm with helper spring out, the adjuster wont be near the tyre, so that would solve the problem too

What coilovers?

Have just put the cheap FK coilovers on my B. The gap is around 1mm from the spring on the right wheel and around 5mm gap on the left wheel where the camber is out.

Some people say you cant adjust the camber, and some say you can.

But I dont have a clue on how to adjust the camber?

Surely on cheap kits you have to have adjustable top mounts or camber bolts to be able to adjust them at all
