harry hockleys are pretty expensive £300 per front strut and there not adjustable

being adjustable doesnt automatically make them good.


I'd prefer a fixed height fixed dampning setup over a pish 'adjustable' set

How often are you really going to 'adjust' your suspension setup onthe road? After the first two weeks, never probably

adjustable bilsteins are good though, i agree for road use i would have them fixed but on track at least damping adjustable

a 1.4 16v is going to be fun on track peep peep out my way

Plans to 2.0 it? Make sure you get decent front suspension for it, higher poundage springs

i was just looking for suspension for the 1.416v and thought i would post these cheap things up for a laugh.
aye i think the poor old 1.4 isn't going to cut it unless turbo time or xe time, aye prob 300lb springs

a standard 2.0 would be the best bet... turbo 1.4 is too fragile for track in my opinion... and expensive

yup... and leave it standard untill the car car truely cope with track work....

brakes and decent setup are more important than raising power from 160-200bhp

trust me...

i've done the corsa track car thing - never again

why was it too expensive, things going wrong etc
the bay will be welded up and strengthning plates will be welded in aswell.
why is it good to take off the front anti-roll bar?
