Why would you be giving people refunds if you had posted the stuff out?

What any normal person would do would be claiming at least the £32 that you are covered for back.

Either way people have missed out and so have i because of the post office,
i'd rather just give people partial refunds and get them happy and sort the post office out myself as it will take a long time as they dont care when it comes to customer service

The guy has proof of postage, but hasn't shown you who signed for it? And is offering a partial refund.

Me being a genuine seller would show you straight away who signed for it and no fucking way would i offer any sort of refund if i had posted it and had proof of it being posted.

You're all being ripped off and its people like you lot accepting partial refunds and the sellers bullshit who let these con artists get away with it

As you say you are a " genuine " seller, you should know how long it takes post office / dhl to actually sort paper work out.
