Got more work done this weekend, thanks to mike (Corsadonk) for coming over Saturday

Still in "mock" stages and all hoses will be black to match the roose kit i have already

Started by cutting more of the crash bar off for the oil cooler

Make some brackets for the intercooler

3 inch top hat with roose coupler

Although clearance isn't great....

Removed the air box bracket

Cut slam panel for 3 inch intake to turbo

Rough route for the intercooler piping from turbo to cooler

Rough route for the intercooler piping from cooler to top hat

Mounted the coil and cossie webber fuel pressure regulator

Modified the TX down pipe

And final photo of the day

Cheers fella, not sure yet! may use white again, so it would be white, black and a small amount of red from the plug cover and leads like before

Yeh I was thinking black and white as the main scheme - glad to hear you're not keeping it blue and chrome anyway

As stated above I don't want to use those shitty blue rubber 90's of the intercooler which are 1D bends, i did order some from Paul at Roose Motor sport but these are 2D bends

Picture of the "1D" on left and "2D" Roose on Right

So First thing Monday I spoke to Paul again and sent him the picture above and he said he can't do 1D in 63mm, only a 2D in silicone or a 1.5D in aluminum but i don't have a lot of space either side of the cooler to run joiners and aluminum pipe so a 1D is my only option. He then advised me to speak to Viper Performance.

After ringing around I first tried SFS. Waste of time bunch of cocks didn't even want to help. Then i tried Samco and they just sent me round in circles

I then rang Viper Performance and spoke to Mike, who was a great help and said they make 63mm 1D 90 bends Result So i ordered then and next day they turned up

Here is a picture of all 3 hoses together:

1D in rubber, Viper performance 1D and 2D Roose hoses which has been cut but you can see the difference of the tightness or "D" of the hoses

I always use Paul at Roose Motorspot and I highly recommend them to anyone top service and great bloke always willing to help

I would now also highly advise Viper Performance for great customer service

So thats one thing of the list of long jobs to sort..........
