hi everyone this is my throttle bodie project it started life as a std 1.6 sport

plans are:
light wieght wheels
spax coilovers
rear anti roll bar
inlet mainfold
stainless steel mainfold
egr removed
polly bushes all round
short shiffter gear linkage
rear strut brace
lower front strut brace
strip rear
new rear lights
depos
grill
gsi front bumper
remove bump strips and badges
blue dash lights
under seal, seal and arch linings
2ltr brakes
braded brake hoses
port and polish head
bigger cams

car already had a full stainless stell exhusat on it so i want be changing it which was a bonus

plus a good tidy up of the body work

and here are a few pics of the corsa b
oh and i had already got the rear wiper off lol

only two will get more of the car as it comes along

well a mate at work had a crash in his corsa and so had a grill he didnt want so i said i would take it and it was a kamei one! result
so got that fitted as soon as i got home as i think the vx one is pants

so before....

and after...

looking much better now don't you think?
go a free weekend so thort that i would give it a lil service so, new pugs, oil and oil filter

difference in the plugs..

as i was in halfrods they had sone 2ltr disc for sale cheap so i had to get them for £20 you can't go rong just need to get pads and calipers then they will be fitted

Car then had to go in for cam belt as the person i got it off said it had been done but there was no history of it bing done so i thort i don't weant to take the risk. As it was in it had a new water pump, rad flush and new coolent plus new rocer cover gaskets

rite now the hunt was on for parts so while waiting and waiting an inlet mainfold and stainless mainfold come up, so it was a lil trip with the girlfriend to meet mike_gsi (very nice lad) and i come home with these...

Just need a lil polish then they will be fitted by the famous warren.g
on thursday along with my brakes. Also im waiting for a full set of polly bushes from jonz so hopefully they will be coming soon.
Thats it for now will up date soon

yup im hoping to de-badge the boot but i may see if i can get a new boot as there is rust around the wiper hole,

The inlet has now been fitted thanks to warren.g and is runing really well im very impressed with the results of it, picks up well even in the low range of revs.Hoping to rasie the rev limiter and new cams soon.

Thanks to warren.g for the fitting and other advice, car looking good as well even if you do have to push it around lol
