rocker cover, oil temp gauge, engine earthing kit, engine damper, wheel spacers / studs ermm about it i think


oh and gruppe m airbox thing and short shifter

Ah looked a little bit like a accord inlet mani but looking again I can see it isnt.

hi warren could you write up how you converted to x18xe1 and what x16xe bits you used spec wise from the first convertion with some advise mate as im lookin at xe1 convertion and whats included/needed to fit i.e loom mounts ecu

Im using standard management...

you use all standard 1.6 mounts

Bought a new engine, should arrive next week, will just run this with standard engine (inc head) just fit the cams and arp bolts.

Just so i can move the damn thing

ok palwhat bout the rods n that used on your 1st engine?
also would an x14/16 manifold with powerbox fit an 18xe1 as ino u used the x16 exhaust manni

Could of had my old engine if you just wanted to move it, would of lasted another 2 months me reckons with sensible driving.

Got sick of the corsa just sitting there, so discided to do something about it

Bought an engine from the breaker (who i trust!) gave it a clean but couldnt be bothered with painting etc just yet. Fitted ARP Bolts/ 1.6 sump

Standard Head still on it atm, but cams fitted (will fit my head at a later date)

But the best part of it all....the corsa it came out of i was told had regal stickers on it, and it turns out it had some dbilas 262 10mm lifts cams with i sold covering almost the cost of the engine/box, and i still have a box to sell!



flocked rocker cover


manifold wrapped (not the best job, plus run out!) but hopefully make the exhaust quiter

and it runs!

Now its going to but put away for 2 months while im away.

Needs some wilwood 4 pots up front
