thanks to jaysvectra2 i now have a x18xe1 :rock:

i honestly recommend they guy. he had alot of parts for all engines/vectra and imo his price to me was very good!!


so thanks to jayvectra2 and his mate for the engine aswell as a good laugh which cant be paid for.





now lets get it fitted into this

What are the ratios going to be like on your gearbox though? And would it be able to handle the torque? Not having a dig im genuinely curious

To be fair my 2.0 xe used less petrol than my 1.6 ecoshoot

about an extra 10 I think. maybe more. the z18xe has 125 iirc.

hardley any power difference but its a better base to start with imo, they are 113bhp standard, the z's are 123bhp, but its a better base to start with. after i get a remap and lightened flywheel etc

Get a dbilas inlet if you can. My mate has one on his z18xe and he had a rr at 138.

f13 is recommended max tourque of 130lb/ft

The xe1 is a big block five stud with 113bhp

The older 1800's are small block, and have 130bhp
