just thought id bump this up a wee bit,

car got ran in and went to ava for mapping,

during mapping the car was running 280 atw on 0.8 bar, the car is ment to be getting mapped to 1.5 bar

small problem with head gasket means final mapping didnt go ahead, with a busy few months in the garage the build has/was be put on hold, but should have some more updates very soon as hes getting back onto it, should be up k.hill very soon

everything has been done in house at his own garage "Sounds of Silence"

started of making custom exhausts and mechanical work, moved to a bigger unit to cope with the work load and opened up his own bodyshop next door aswell,

this and his next build (sprusing up his auxia think theres only 2 of in the u.k) is basicly to show the quality of work he can do

well after a few problems with the other engine,

out came the new one with wossner pistons and rods ARP bolts

ARP head stud and nut kit (to try and hold the head down this time round  )

new management omex

VEMS wideband and exhaust gas temperature sensors and gauge ( make sure all is good )

bottom end

in the car

updated dash

day at the rollers after finishing off the engine at 2am on sat morning set off to glasgow to AVA at 9.30 am

car on the rollers

then finished at 7pm

with a nice healthy 340bhp at the wheels @ 1.2 bar approx 380 bhp at the fly

had it out today for a blast and feels flying 8)

very impressed and well worth the effort and time not to mention the cash

and a very massive thanks to allan at AVA for all his time spent on setting up the management for me and getting the awsome power from the engine 8)

will be going back to get boost increased when i get bored of it (soon)

so i then went on holiday to florida to forget

came back and got on the case along with rosco

was prob about 120+ mph heading to duffus hit brakes to slow down pedal hit the floor, so had to hit gravel and grass to scrub of speed and get out the way of others on track with that being the end result,

to be fair it kinda shows how well built it is both walked away from it, car is still straight, exhaust had been bent 2 diffrent ways trying to get it of the air bags and the welds still didnt break

aiming for speed sunday on the 11th for anothe bash at it

Can't believe how well that held up considering how bad it looks.
