oh and also managed to pick up my stack dash



and made a start at making my group a rear axle

Lookin well matey, love stack dashs. Are you going to flock the dash or not fiting a complete dash?

yeah mate dash is away to get flocked just now, should be back this week then need to fit stack in so it looks like is came out the factory with it

got all the stack sensors fitted today into the engine with alittle work .

found a position for the baileys breather and had to make a new alloy bracket and weld on .

oil cooler all fix'd on and plumbed in

90% of the water system plumbed

and first boost pipe made to go under the inlet and the inlet now fixed to the engine with new gasket

new injectors picked up and fitted




AST coilovers in position with modified hubs to give neg 1.5 camber and group A stud and nut conversion




intercooler fitted




boost pipes made up and fitted





stack modified to fit within std 205 clocks will look factory in the new dash

its a garrett t4 roller bearing turbo with 4 inch inlet mate

ok been working alot on the car in the last week car is now up and running kms management all wired up along with the stack dash . Downpipe for the exhaust system made , and my dash arrived back from being flocked also my rose jointed bottom arms have been made and also been delivered along with the rose jointed track rod ends .

exhaust downpipe all heat wrapped



tight but still clearance



dash and stack being wired





stack wired inc all warning lights

it was built as a track car used for two then sold and put on the road for best part of a year, stayed local though but ,may well have seen it yeah, must have been good while ago as been used as track car for all of 08 up untill the major build was started

finished building the dash up and i have to say im well please with the results







made a nice wee pod for my spa boost gauge





KMS ECU in nice position for access



front bumper on with new headlights and indicators









will be turned into a rolling shell this week to get it on the ramps and sort out the last of the stuff, then itll be away to get mapped and run in

not sure when waiting on a few parts for rear beam etc,

doing alot of the underneath stuff just now the bits you should nt see

finished building ma rear suspension beam with new bearings all round and group A mounts followed by 24mm special tuning torsion bars with AST shocks







new rear calipers discs , pads and backing plates





rose jointed front suspension arms and 4 pot brakes





wheels painted same black same as car with toyo 888's





bonnet painted and fitted







windscreen in with new rubber



3" exahaust system made and fitted





lowered to check hights

now fully built up with a base map on it to run it in, (out in it early gona e a bit nuts :cool
hopefully get some miles over weekend then into get mapped on tuesday,

in the middle of running the new engine in and all going well at the moment



polycarb windows & fiberglass doors and hatch on the doors are just wrong
