Does anyone get there internet through o2?

My girlfriend has a phone on o2 and they have said they can get home internet for £7.50 a month with 8meg speed, £10 a month with 16meg or £15 a month for 20 meg.

Anyone know anything about this, and does anyone know if o2 internet is any good?

We have it..

We have the upto 8 meg.

Ran the xbox and through the ethernet and had two laptops on wireless the other day and they were all running fine.

Also very quick at downloading.

Well worth it.. we also got a wireless box for free

I'm on O2.
Fantastic customer service, they keep you updated all throughout, and you always get someone English if you do need to ring.
It's brilliantly fast, and ours has never gone down or had a problem. They also don't give a crap how much you download.
If O2 haven't installed their equipment in the nearest exchange, you'll have to be on the £17.50 a month service, which is still cheaper than most unlimited services.

Only been on it for a few weels myself. Paying £15 a month for the 20mb service. Getting 16-17mb with no peak time throttling. Downloaded about 110 GB in the first 3-4 weeks

We're on the 8mb O2 for £10 a month, wasn't too impressed with it, although it's been fine for the last couple of weeks.

Seemed to be getting throttled a lot before when they said it wasn't going to, web pages not loading, having to reset the connection etc...

Could of been something with the PC, but like i say, been ok for the last couple of weeks. So we'll see what happens

Mine's definitely not getting throttled, and it's downloading a fair bit.

I downloaded a lot, but i left my PC on for 3 days, downloading/uploading a lot, if i reset the computer it's normally ok.

Like i said, it did it for a while, but has been fine for the last few weeks, so could of just been a temporary problem with it.

Didn't bother with customer services etc... because at the end of the day, i might not be partaking in completely legal activities

been on it for a few weeks and no problems,
on the £7.50 because my line can only take 6mb so not worth paying anything extra
downloaded 30gb in 1 day 8 hours average 311kbs not too bad lol
