Do you mean for other PC's in your house to use it as a gateway to the internet, or for you to connect to your PC over the internet from work in order to bypass internet filtering at work to allow you to view porno?

Couple of things Toppo,

1) I don't want to use the web based ones as they don't do what I require
2) The other proxies available are just too unreliable and slow, I want my own where it's just me using it

try - http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/proxy.htm

its usually used for internal lans, but im sure you could use it for external use - just set it up on the computer than has the BB connection installed (bind it to that connection) and make sure all the ports are forwarded etc. Should work

If I enabled socks, would that also let me use MSN messenger?

Yup, seems to work alright. All the port information is in the readme file (from what i remember) and you can't change any of the ports - which is a bit of a bummer, but the program works pretty well otherwise

Theres also, FreeProxy - http://www.handcraftedsoftware.org/index.php?page=5
Never tried it so cant comment, but looks fairly well equiped (socks, http, ftp etc etc)
