I used this as reference:

http://www.enem.se/images/Bilder%20Wossner/Wossner%20Katalog.pdf

Doesnt specifically list piston height.

Same P/N? Now thats fucked up, the bore must be seriously undersized?

Measured up the crank:

Mains (1 being oil pump end)
1: 54.90 - 55.09
2: 54.97 - 55.03
3: 54.98 - 55.08
4: 55.03 - 55.08
5: 54.97 - 55.03

Big end (1 being oil pump end)
1: 42.40 - 43.20
2: 43.01 - 43.09
3: 42.90 - 43.10
4: 43.15 - 43.20

Mains are within tollerence and look really healthy but No1 big end is worn..

I need to get TIS installed again so I Can look up the standard oversized shell sizes..

The bores all look good and seem to be within tollerence, they will need rehoning though.

Its quite shocking that no1 isn't scored to hell as this is what the piston looks like:

omega 2.6 v6 pistons are what you need which are the same as the x18xe/c18xe bigblocks too

my enginer was working out what pistons i could have fitted, i think there 83mm

then would be about a 2050cc, but would need some pistons to check, then deck the block to raise the pistons upinto the head to up the CR

then i asked myself is it realy worth it.......

turns out emerald got it wrong, they had a full PDF file, z18xe corsa c 52 reg direct to head throttle bodies - but they were for the x18xe big mistake by them

I disected my wiring loom today and I noticed a mistake on my wiring diagram.. PIN 5 + 7 from the corsa loom plug both go to the BROWN/WHITE not BROWN/YELLOW wire on the 1.8 loom.

And this is the loom I've just made for the Tigra to show what the finished product should look like:

The blue/red flylead is for the speedo feed.

I finally got round to fitting my new bottom arms and poly bushes (I had to literally cut the old ones off as the bolt had welded its self to the bush sleeve).. So I thought I'd take some photos of how the car stands now.. Excuse the CRAP quality, the car isnt actually PINK!

And I totally forgot to fit my lower strut brace.. DOH!

I have to say the poly bushes have made a MASSIVE difference!
