Ive been using Asda for the last 12 months+ Mainly because its always a penny of 2 cheaper than local BP but also because its unmanned (card only) so I dont have to looke the thieving bastards in the eye while they rob me!!

Like I said, pennies soon make pounds, £700odd extra a a year for me to fuel my car.....Thats enough for holiday! No week in Tenerife this winter

Long may it come down!

Roll on the next 8 months til I stop running a car to work forever!!

Deano it's a bit unfair saying shutup about the extra 50p on your fill up. This year my fuel bill has shot up. This time last year I was paying about 93/93ppl on my fuel.

Now I'm paying 40p more a litre, so a ~45% increase. 45% on £100 or £1000 is a lot of money.

I'm not doubting the fuel price increase since last year. My fuel bills have increased over £10 every fill up compared to last year.

The point I'm making is everyone is making a big song and dance about the odd 1p increase or decrease, or what ever. I'm saying, relatively, that is very little.

Of course comparing prices of this time last year where it has increased by 20p/litre, you will see significant differences.

I just don't IMHO think some people realise how little more you're spending if it increases by 1p/litre, that's all.
