How much do you pay a month (not talking digs to perents here!) for your home?

Im 250 a month just now.....nice small mortgage, looking at somewhere else now 3x that.

£750 rent. The interest on a place to buy round here comes in at about £850+ for the same sized place. Doesn't make sense to buy as they have over saturated the market with cheap, low quality blocks of flats everywhere you look.

mortgage just gone up from £628 to £715. gutted. but thats on 110k over 28yrs. 6.55% the best i could get.

£1400 a month mortgage for the house in aberdeen
£900 a month for the flat in Edinburgh....fixed rate ran out a few months ago, it used to be £650
Hopefully we won't be paying it much longer
