must be free and use in built GPS, but any advice on external devices and purhcased software i am willing cheers

Just download TomTom from a torrent site, mate, unless you're intent on staying legit.

not really botherted bout it being legal, tom tom doesnt work with inbulity gps device and iirc you need a specific type of tom tom software
