It goes on how much land you own etc.

A nice big house in the countryside with quite a bit of land would be quite a bit.

A house in the middle of a housing estate with no land can be top tax band as well.

Its the fairest way of doing it.

If they made everyone pay the same the person in a shitty bedsit would pay the same as someone in a massive 20 bedroomed house.

It goes to quite a bit if you sit down and work it out, you most likely get more back than what you pay.

Bins, gritted roads, street lights, fire/police, Public buildings such as swimming pools, libarys, cutting the grass on fields etc, Litter picking.

Fuck off Jodi !!

I'd take my half a bag of rubish down the local tip once a week which is the only resource i use.

The roads have more holes in than a cheeze gratter around here and i'm not too bothered about street lighting.

Pisses me off that i have to pay £106 a month when you have all these people in council houses getting everything for free.

Dont get me started on this

Out two flats (as fee has said above)

120 pcm for Edinburgh, 2 bedroom flat
200 pcm for Aberdeen, 2 bedroom flat

The edinburgh one is 'ok', but the Aberdeen one is shocking. Do we get anything more for out 80 a month...no

I pay shit loads of NatIns too.... for all the cuntunits on the dole.

Do not get me started on NI

I hate this goverment, it sucks!

I agree with you Jodi that there is now no easy way around these problems as the goverment rely on those that pay up. My idea would get all the wankers to work, give them fuckin vouchers to live off. If i was sick, i'd be greatful of vouchers to purchase food.

how do you figure that out? Every council house is banded the same and they have to pay council tax just the same. The only people who get a reduced rate are the benefit bums. These are the retarded people who think they dont have to pay. Even if get 100% council tax benefit you are still liable for water. Always brightens up my day taking ££ every week of their benefit.
