I want a N95 8gb but I dont want to go to vodaphone as there is no chance they can match the tarrif im on with O2 
Is the N82 going to be anygood?

Yeah, its basically an N95 repackaged anyways! Few diff features but pretty much the same
MIGHT be able to match tariff but unlikely if its a predominantly text based one!

N82 is good, has a good flash but apart from that its an N95 in candybar form, and reports are that it feels plasticky and tacky.

I myself would say no, they run the same Symbian OS and are exactly the same, just one is a candybar phone and one is a slide phone, the N95 obviusly has the 8Gb memory too! oh and a bigger screen
The only pro on the N82 is the Zenon flash i guess.
