How do you adjust these or will they need to do this? Mine doesn't hold very tight

Track rod end. Jack the car up and see if the wheel has any play in it.
I was shocked how much mine moved. It now goes round corners

middle of axle where the cables meet, one of them had a nut on the end of it, just tighten it up.
will more than likely be seized tho
