undo clamp's and just twist center section, and it raises the bit that sit's above the beam...

tighten clamps up

Plus wudnt the hangers on the middle section be out of place?

Some times it can be the clamp is facing bolts down so by turning the clamp 180o round will stop it, correct me if im wrong though

I had a look under the car a little while ago and the exhaust is sitting on the rear axle.

The clamp is bolts up so thats ok.

shouldn't do, should only need a slight twist, which wont really effect the hangers

i cut a thick bit rubber and cable tied it round axle where exhaust is just to make sure it wouldn't knock, or try using tighter exhaust rubbers

Or go to a decent exhaust centre and ask them to adjust it for you. Shouldn't cost too much.

If its sitting on the rear axel check that the rubbers are conencted to the hangers on the centre section as its sitting too low. If they are trying raising the exhaust and putting the pin through the middle of the rubber rather than the propper hole provided.

Make sure u clamp at the backbox if facing bolts away from the axel.

Loosen the back box and twist it to give more of a arch over the axel.
