What is the quickest and easiest way to change this? Got a new one and wanting to fit it today

Undo top hose, let water go over floor.
Undo 3 bolts that hold the stat in. Replace with new one. Re-assemble same way you took it apart. Make sure to replace the o ring.
Leave coolant cap off. Run car up to 100 degrees while topping water up. At 100 turn car off. Water will boil and air will come out. Top to correct level.
