Is there any size differences in radiators for Corsa's? I want to get a new one, but want to get the biggest one i can.

Sure i heard something like the diesel model one is biggest?

Any help would be great.

Found some diimensions and the Diesel one is bigger. I'm pretty sure it will fit in a petrol model. Although the water pipes are in different places to the petrol version.

so doesn't that mean that you would need to relocate your coolant pipes to fit a diesel one then.

Yeah i did think that the pipe was in a different place to the one on there now. My car runs at around 93 degrees when on the move, but as soon as you stop for just a second, the temp goes right up and takes a while to come back down again. I thought a bigger rad might help?

I have seen that LMF sell these. But the picture of it is different to the one on the car, so didn't want to order it and it be wrong. It was a 3 pinone ad mines a two pin.

At the minute the fan comes on at 102, and i dont like watching it getting that hot

I have a Calibra Turbo thermostat that opens at 82 degrees which helped alot.

Will do mate. Cheers.

Just seen it on LMF and it looks different to mine. Mines got a plastic casing around the electrode bits. Its probobly just the same as mine but without the cover round it.

if you need a cool running fan switch to keep temps down, theres probably an underlying reason why it is getting hot, a fan switch is a quick temporary cure but whats making it get so hot?

Thats what i'm thinking Dave. Not sure what would do it? i've done the old airblock thing, letting it bubble over.

Its not really really bad though, but i hate seeing the temp going so high. The fan at the moment is coming on at 102 so would prefer it to come on a bit lower.
