Sorry I never got back to you dude - I wasn't subscribed to the thread. You're correct not to use with water, just use a small amount at a time and work it well. Results don't look too shabby at all!

I've tinted them, I'm not too keen on them silver. Besides they had started to flake anyway.

It's the breater pipe. It basically goes to the front of the car so the fumes don't go into the cab.
Had that problem on my old GSi even with the filter fitted.

There's a funny rattle around 3k rpm, I think it's head related but others think bottom end. So whilst the head and sump are off I've decided to fit a ported and polished head and some shiney bits

Not actually broken mate, The noise didn't sound healthy though.
So a ported head is going on along with:



Also fitting a brand new set of lifters and a Roose 3 way water pipe as I can get to it easy with the head off.

I could come give you a hand Ste, What is it you need help on. Does youras have the ECU on the inlet?

LED's were bought off ebay.
