ahh never done it,just wondered if the gearbox would last longer if changed it?

yeah. the only ay to get the old oil out i guess is to take th plug out and jack your car up on a lean, should run out.
erm. or take the sump off lol. But hten it might leak after being split.
Guess it would help!

It should do. Make sure you get the right oil though.
You may have to pull a drive shaft out if there's no drain plug though.
