Cams without remap = hardly anything
Full system + ind kit = Few bhp, better revving at top end etc.

This in a Corsa?
If you fit an induction kit to the XE make sure its Enclosed like a Viper or BMC as low speed driving the car will stutter with the heat (common on XE's)
PowerCaps apparently move the torque band a bit further up the rev range and they increase the induction roar but dont believe eveything you hear about bhp increases with them things.
Full System should free up a few ponies and free up the revs.

Id go for a full system.
Ditch the induction kit, fit a free flowing panel filter in the air box.
Cams are a bit pointless on the standard inlet/ecu etc.

BMC CDA or K&N apollo are good ind kits, enclosed so keep the heat out better than the airbox and have bigger surface area than the panel filter.
