Just fitted new 256mm discs and calipers to my corsa. There is alot more travel than usual in the pedal. When engine is off the pedal feels really good but as soon as engine is started it feels piss again. I am pretty sure there is no air in the system as I have bled it abt 6 times in the correct order. Any ideas what could be causing this?

callipers on the right way round? bleed nipple at the top?

i fitted 288s on my sport my mate had my old 256s both bled up both got a bit more travel, think its to do wi the master cylinder havin to move more fluid or something. im tryin to get a bigger master cylinder for mine. you cud try fitting braided hoses theyl prob take a little bit out
