Clutch bearing making a wizzing noise.is this a problem.only happens when clutch is engaged

My old corsa did this since I had it (only when the gearbox is in neutral and the clutch is engaged). Mine did it for over 3 years and didnt cause any problems.

It was supposed to be fixed when i had a new clutch but it wasnt ( ) and never caused me any grief
