Author smell of petrol when blowers are on

when the blower is on (and sometimes when not) i can smell petrol. i assume there is a leak upfront some where. any ideas where i should check? there are two blue pipes with white liquid around them but that has been there a while and not got any worse. could this have anything to do with it?

those blue pipes are indeed your fuel line's i'd take it too the garage to get checked out before you end up with a fire
